At Liddy and Lou, we want you to love your purchase, so we offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase on all our 'Liddy and Lou' manufactured products.

How to Report Issues

If you encounter any manufacturing defect issues, which are typically noticeable within the first few uses, please email us at support@liddyandlou.com.au with details such as images and your order number.

What is Covered?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

• PUL (Polyurethane Laminate)
• Elastic
• Snaps
• Defective stitching
• Faulty fabric

What is Not Covered?

General signs of wear and tear or improper use are not covered by our warranty. Additionally, the warranty will be void if:

• The product is washed at temperatures above 60 degrees celsius.
• Fabric softeners or bleach are used in incorrect dosages.
• Shells or inserts are soaked as part of a regular wash routine.
• The nappy or insert is modified in any way.
• Accidental damage occurs (e.g., items caught in the washing machine, or melted in a dryer).

Additional Notes

• Stains and smells indicate a poor wash routine. Please review our washing guidelines or contact us, and we will be happy to assist in correcting this.
• Leaking or poor fit are not warranty issues, but we are happy to help you address them. Please reach out to us at support@liddyandlou.com.au.
